Questions parents ask
- Do we pay for Davenport HSAP classes and field trips?
- No. The brochure says there is no cost to HSAP families for the enrichment classes and activities, which are optional.
- Can my child take a Davenport public school class or join an activity?
- Yes. HSAP students may dual enroll in some courses or school activities, and you pay the same material and activity fees as families of regularly enrolled students.
- What is the Last-Dollar Scholarship income limit?
- EICC's page lists a Student Aid Index of $20,000 or less, and the Iowa Department of Education page lists $30,000 or less. Ask EICC financial aid which figure it uses for 2026-27.
