Homeschool benefits: Jordan Public School District

Jordan Public Schools (Independent School District 717) reimburses homeschool families for textbooks, standardized tests, and instructional materials through the state Aids to Nonpublic Students program, at the state rate of $138.43 per student for 2026-27. The September 15, 2026 deadline for the Student Report for Aids has passed, so ask the district office whether it still accepts this year's report. Final receipts are due May 1, and reimbursed materials belong to the district.

Probably not. The state does not reimburse requests made after September 15, so call the District Office about this year and plan to file by September 15 next year.

No. Apart from the textbook loan program, homeschooled students cannot borrow textbooks or materials from their resident district.
What health services can my child get?
