Homeschool benefits through Public-college homeschool dual enrollment

Delaware County Community College (DCCC) charges high school dual enrollment students half the regular rate for 2026-27: $77 per credit if you live in a sponsoring school district such as Haverford or Upper Darby, and $153 per credit otherwise. Open Dual Enrollment is for students who take courses on their own rather than through a high school, but DCCC's pages do not mention homeschoolers, so confirm with Admissions before you apply. Other options include recreation and camp discounts and library educator cards and resources.
