Homeschool benefits and savings in Park City

Park City Recreation's Sliding Fee Scale Program takes 30%, 50%, or 70% off most recreation programs, classes, and camps, based on household size and income; a family of four earning under $50,310 gets 70% off. Youth and adults who live or work within the Park City School District qualify, so a homeschooled child qualifies through your residence.

Questions parents ask

Can a homeschooled child use Park City's sliding fee scale?
Yes. The program serves residents of the Park City School District area, and families can qualify by living or working there, not only through school enrollment.
What if we cannot afford even Park City's reduced fee?
The Recreation Director can waive all or part of a fee, or arrange volunteer work to offset it, for anyone who shows they cannot pay.
Does approval save my child a spot?
No. You still register for each program online or at the PC MARC front desk.
Can I get the discount after I already registered?
No. Registration fees are not changed to a reduced rate after you register.
